How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary based on the scope and level of customization. Most standard packages take about two to three months to complete, depending on our current workload and how quickly we receive client feedback and materials.

More complex projects, such as large-scale websites or custom software solutions, can take six months to a year or longer depending on features, integrations, and overall development needs. We maintain clear communication throughout every stage to keep timelines transparent and realistic.

How does the process work?

What does ongoing support include?

Our ongoing support covers everything needed to keep your website and systems running smoothly throughout the year. This includes content updates, website health checkups, performance optimization, and SEO adjustments to maintain visibility and reliability.

For clients with more robust marketing packages, ongoing support can also include email marketing management, newsletter creation, social media posting, and general digital maintenance to keep your online presence active and consistent.

How do payments and desposits work?

We accept payments online by card or direct bank transfer through Square’s secure payment system, or by check if you prefer.

Typically, we require 50 percent upfront to begin a project and the remaining balance before final delivery of all assets and access.Certain third-party costs, such as domain names, plugins, email marketing platforms, or Webflow hosting fees, are not billed until the end of the project.

This ensures that any changes made during the creative process or added features are accurately reflected in the final invoice.

Do you offer refunds?

If a client makes the initial deposit but decides not to move forward before any work has begun, the full payment will be refunded.

If work has already started and significant time or resources have been invested, a partial refund may be issued depending on how far along the project is. Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.

Who owns the project and its assets?

Once your project is complete and final payment is received, you own full rights to all of your assets, including your website, branding, and custom software.

We typically handle hosting and domain management on our end to support ongoing maintenance and yearly updates. However, if you ever decide to take over hosting or manage your assets independently, ownership remains yours, and we can easily transfer everything to you at any time.
